CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Online Bookings: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations made after this time will not be refunded.

• No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, no refund will be provided, and your payment will be withheld.

• Programs/Courses:  Once a program has begun, that is :  the start date of the program, or the first appointment session has taken place, the program/course cannot be canceled.

• Validity periods:  All sessions must be completed before a program/course's expiry date.  If sessions are rescheduled by the client, the responsibility is on the client to make up those sessions to ensure all sessions are taken within the time limit period for that program. Sessions may not be canceled or deferred to a later date that falls outside the program expiry date.

• Incompleted sessions:  No refunds will be given for any canceled, missed, or 'not booked' sessions, that form part of a program/course.
